Welcome to Yoga for Neurodivergent Kids, a trauma-informed, sensory-friendly, and engaging yoga experience designed specifically for children with ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivities, and other neurodivergent needs!
This class provides a calm, judgment-free, and choice-based environment where children can explore movement, mindfulness, and breathwork in a way that feels safe and enjoyable for them. With a flexible approach that honors all sensory and movement preferences, kids will build self-awareness, confidence, and relaxation tools they can use in daily life.
✨ No prior yoga experience needed! Movement is encouraged but never forced. Each child is empowered to participate in a way that feels good for them.

This sensory-friendly sound healing class is designed for neurodivergent children, including those with ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivities, and anxiety. Through the gentle vibrations of sound, children can explore relaxation, focus, and emotional regulation in a non-verbal, choice-based environment.
Using singing bowls, chimes, gentle drumming, and nature sounds, this class helps kids engage with sound in a soothing and structured way—providing sensory support without overwhelming stimulation.
✨ No experience required! Kids can listen, move, or engage in whatever way feels best for them.
