A Level 1 Yoga Therapist is a professional-in-training working toward full IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists) accreditation, with a foundation in therapeutic yoga principles designed to support children’s physical, emotional, and neurological well-being.
As part of their professional development, Level 1 Yoga Therapists may work with clients as an intern or practicum student, under the collaboration and supervision of an Accredited and Registered 800-hour IAYT Yoga Therapist. This ensures that every session is safe, informed, and aligned with best practices in yoga therapy.
